The cottage was as described. Spotlessly clean and equipped with all household items. Hot tub was a lovely extra as was the week of good weather. Lovely remote location, very peaceful and relaxing. The flip side being that amenities were a car ride, which was fine for us. We visited the nearby Foxton Locks, Rutland Water, Market Harborough and Melton Mowbray. Perfect for a relaxing break, thank you.

This is a lovely cottage well decorated and clean. However the sound proofing with the adjoining cottage is poor (although the owner did say it was to regulations when we mentioned it to her but other people had mentioned it to her as well) so if the people in the next cottage are in it is very noisy and not at all relaxing. If you had a large group and booked both cottages the interconnecting door would be great. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Hot tub is nice extra with the cottage.
