We had a really lovely time in this picturesque cottage. The Walk up the valley has spectacular views without the sight of habitation to spoil it. Birds abound. A truly restful holiday

What a fantastic little cottage! Chocolate box style. The grounds were great, all fenced in and safe for dogs. There was plenty of wildlife to look at as the cottage is set at the edge of a beautiful field and dingle which we were able to walk. Stunning countryside. Easy to get to surrounding towns, National Trust houses etc. The inside was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Can’t wait to go back and stay again!

Hollywall Croft has all the charm of a 300+ year old cottage, but with modern amenities for one's comfort. The outlook from the garden is delightful, and the cottage is very well equipped. It is definitely on the list to revisit.

Loved the cottage. We also loved the secluded location. If you decide to go here take some bird food with you. Lots of bird activity on feeders. Well equipped cottage. Only criticism is the storage heaters. We went in Feb and it was a bit cold by late afternoon. But there is a log fire in living room.

We came looking for a quiet relaxing base to enjoy exploring Herefordshire and hit the jackpot! The cottage is a beautiful little gem set in a quiet dell with fields to the rear which are perfect for a bit of ball chasing exercise for our dog. Lots of interesting places to explore in easy distance including Hereford, Monmouth and the stunning Ludlow. (If in ludlow with your pooch be sure to visit The Rose & Crown). Hollywall Croft is everyones idea of how an old country cottage should look with its oak beams and cosy log fire. Would highly recommend.

Very quiet, very dark, lovely to shut the curtains, get the fire going and relax.

Lovely quaint cottage in beautiful dingle setting. All electrical equipment needed some serious updating. The television in particular only worked when wires at the back were jiggled around- dangerous! The cooker was circa 1980. I do not think that this property should be given 4 star rating. On a positive note the cottage had one of the best log fires we have seen.

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely cottage and the peaceful surroundings. The cottage is very cosy with nice walks for the dog. It is well situated near to Leominster, Ludlow and Hereford. We wiĺl certainly be returning in the future.

Looks lovely but not worth it. Plain simple surroundings.

Cottage is in a lovely location but when we arrived there we were given key and told that someone would be down later but we never saw anyone again, we were left to find out everything ourselves had been there 2 days before we found freezer under stairs. The lighting was very temperamental resulting in no lights in the hall, stairs landing and half the kitchen all Holiday. Door between loung and kitchen caught on floor resulting in 2 grandchildren not being able to open it. The DVD player does not work it keeps sticking. Smoke alarm being right above oven went off every time you opened oven door which was ridiculous. There are a few things wrong with this cottage which could be put right with an attentive owner also a lot of the kitchen equipment needs replacing as it is wore out.

This is a quaint little detached cottage situated in a dell making it very peaceful . We first stayed here over 15 years ago and very little has changed other than WiFi , although unfortunately that only lasted 3 days before it went and never came back. If you like listening to music you need to take your own system because the one provided is steam driven.
