We loved our time at Hillside. So much bigger than we imagined which was great. Kids loved all having so much space and choice of where to sleep! Kitchen was amazing- such a lovely place to come together. Welcome pack a bonus, thank you. Handy having a parking space right outside, a challenge to reverse park a big car in on day one but got used to it quickly! Some places just give off a lovely warm vibe the minute you walk in and this is one of them. Negatives? There's a bit of a musty smoky smell around the first landing and bedrooms but I presume this is nothing more than a bit of damp in an old building. Not a dealbreaker- we'd go back for sure!

Fantastic location. The cottage was everything we hoped for. A better home away from home. If I could have fitted the kitchen into my suitcase I would have done. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Would not change a thing.
