Had a really great time at the cottage. Visited Roar Dinosaur Park, Cromer Pier arc and we enjoyed it all. Aye at the Foundry Arms and that was great value and delicious

Lovely cottage in an ideal setting to explore the Norfolk coast. The beaches were exceptional with miles of sand great for kids and walking. We loved the seals on Horsey Gap. We had a great time.

Have been to this cottage before and it was 4 star. This time the cleanliness was poor, dust everywhere. The bin had not been emptied, so nowhere to put rubbish. There were towels in the linen basket from the last guests. The sofa smelt, and was very uncomfortable. The catch on bathroom door was broken. There was a bag of old potatoes and onions in the cupboard. Overall not what we expected this time.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner: I was upset to see that you found the house so disappointing, this time. It is a great pity that you did not ring me after you arrived, as all of your complaints could have been sorted out immediately. I have spoken to my cleaners, they employed a new girl, who cleaned the house prior to your arrival. It is suffice to say that she is no longer in their employ. You mention that the bins were full (presuming you mean the bins outside) – this was because the dustmen missed a week’s collection. This has now been remedied. I do trust that despite your criticisms you had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday.
