Lovely modern cottage which has everything you need including extras I’ve never seen before like tea & coffee, washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, tea towels and more. The kind gesture of cream & jams scones on arrival was very nice and the owners had even left us milk to have a cup on tea. The only negative bit of the cottage is we found the beds hard which were not used to, so didn’t sleep well and the WiFi signal isn’t very strong you can just about upload website but can watch any videos or use google maps to see where you want to visit. There’s also no phone signal in the cottage if your someone always on your phone but it was fine for us for few days. Overall it is a lovely cottage and would recommend.

Lovely compact cottage in a beautiful peaceful, rural setting. Incredible hosts who couldn’t have done more for us and made a fantastic effort with our children - spent an entire afternoon showing them around the farm. Pub next door and a great central base for so many local beaches - Teignmouth, Dawlish Warren, Paignton and Torquay to name but a few. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back!

The Milk Churn was just perfect for our stay in Devon. Great location for exploring the Devon area, lovely modern barn conversion which was very clean and well equipped and the hosts were very friendly. We enjoyed our cream teas upon arrival and would definitely recommend if visiting Devon.
