A great cottage for our large, extended family, plenty of communal space both indoors and out, all the equipment / facilities we required and at a really good price! Lovely rural views and walks yet supermarket only a short drive away. Furnishings rather basic / a little tired and having moved some furniture to suit the activities of our three and one year olds I did feel the need to re-hoover the carpet, but the layout and space in the cottage really worked for us and I expect we will return. Owners friendly and extremely helpful, thank you for providing the base for a lovely week!

We stayed here recently for a family holiday and the location and layout of the home is great for an extended family or large group, plenty of room, well laid-out sitting room and plenty of bathrooms. The layout of the rooms meant that the older members weren't disturbed by the younger members. The only downside was that the home was in need of a deep clean and some TLC. The property could be really beautiful but it needs some work e.g. curtains didn't close because not enough hooks, no pegs for the line, showers not great etc.
