Really needs a good clean. Dry dusty radiators and other services. It many pots n pans for a cottage for 10 people

Comfort and equipment would have an 8 but for the ground floor bedroom/ bathroom. It is designed for the disabled and not very suitable for the able-bodied. The bedroom is very small and neither of the small windows open. It contains two single ( 3 ft ) beds but is very cramped as the room is only about 9ft x 7ft . The bathroom is a wet room for the disabled with a washbasin at knee height. Otherwise it's a very nice barn conversion. The heating is amazing!

Great location and spacious accommodation which was perfect for our needs. Kitchen and living areas are very nice. Bathrooms could all do with refurbishment. Cold tap didn’t work on one bath/ shower and the lever to switch from shower to bath didn’t work on another. Duvets, bedding and towels need replacing because they are all rather tired.
