All from your doorstep, explore the famous waterfalls, climb Ingleborough, or enjoy Yorkshires Three Peaks Challenge. Visit the local pottery, artisan shops, country pubs, indoor climbing wall or outdoor heated swimming pool in the summer.
Just outside the village, you can visit the magnificent limestone White Scar Caves and café with outstanding views of the valley. Within a 10-minute drive, you can watch, or even enjoy a scenic ride on one of the steam trains over the spectacular Ribblehead viaduct on the Settle-Carlisle railway. Families are able to enjoy the nature trail in Clapham that leads up to Ingleborough Show Cave. Within half an hour you can visit the bustling market towns of Settle and Hawes, see the majestic Malham Cove and visit the Lake District.
