It's the third time we've stayed here, it's avery comfortable spacious and well equipped cottage, Our party was 7 adults spread over 3 generations and dogs, plenty of space for everyone even in the kitchen. definitely feels like a home from home. My son in laws and husband made good use of the adjacent gym. Some lovely beaches nearby and pubs serving great food begelly arms in kilgetty 5 mins drive the boar's head at Templeton about 15 mins away.

Well presented comfortable cottage. Visitors would need transport. Pretty area to explore in all weathers.

Beautiful cottage. Had everything we needed. We even found dog bowls and other things left for the dogs at the cottage. We were disappointed in the games room. The pool table uneven, a ball missing and cues were not in great condition. Tennis table in poor condition and was unable to use air hockey as not it simply wasn't usable. Despite this, we couldn't complain about anything. The good points far outweigh the bad. Owner was exceptionally lovely. She was only at the end of the phone if we needed anything at all! When we arrived we found fruit cake, welsh tea bags, chocs and milk in the fridge. We were very touched at how thoughtful the owner was. Lovely pub down the road, great food. Lovely walks around. The dogs loved it. We honestly didn't want to leave such a beautiful home (as my husband referred to it) Will most definitely return.

Response on behalf of the owner;Thank you for your review I am pleased you enjoyed your stay. I was unaware the pool cue had been damaged along with a ball missing, new cues and a set of balls have been put in. There is note in the house book that the air hockey has been damaged beyond repair, and we have added a table football game instead.

Superb location. Very well equipped. Sadly let down by floors covered with dog hair & 1 bedroom we could not use because of very strong urine smell. Even though there was a dishwasher we had to wash most utensils before we could use them. Just hope this is a blip. We still enjoyed our break here

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; The previous guests left a note regards one of the bedroom carpets, I cleaned the carpet and left a note for this guest asking if there still was a problem to contact me and I would have the carpet steam cleaned. Unfortunately they did not contact me. But left a note in the guest book and online again leaving me little time to sort it out before the next guests arrived. The carpet has now been steam cleaned.

Amazing cottage absolutely huge! Loved our stay and are already looking into booking it again just one tiny thing the one bedroom smelt very strongly of urine and luckily we didn't need to used it so we shut the door on it for the week and it was fine everywhere else was spotless and I appreciate that the owners haven't soiled the bedroom I think it's quite awful someone has done that to the owners property but apart from that 10/10 holiday loved it thankyou! 😃

We were disappointed with the cottage cobwebs on windows, ceiling, stains on carpets, oven smelt when used, plug was broken in the main bathroom but owner did put a temporary one in to compensate. Cleaned kitchen on arrival esp fridge. Abandoned car at the front door , there's a free disco on a friday till 2am from the gymn club house. Now the advantages had shopping delivered nearest large supermarker Port Talbot although there is a Coop in Kilgetty, Many nice beaches, really nice restaurants ,cafe's. A really nice grooming parlour called "muddy paws", Barafundle bay is great for children and pets.
