A lovely cottage with plenty of room inside and out, far bigger than others we have stayed in. The cottage was comfortable and clean. It is well located for exploring Cornwall without needing the car, you can easily walk to the station by road if you can manage hills on foot. Our only slight concern was that the owner advised us of shortcuts to the beach and shops across fields, but having met the farmer on one occasion these are not rights of way and it was suggested might not be available depending on what the fields are being used for at the time.
