Inside, the cottage is cosy and welcoming, with a comfortable living and dining space centred around a log burner, perfect for relaxed evenings after a day outdoors. The kitchen looks out across the valley, making even the simplest meals feel special, while the king-size bedroom offers a restful space to unwind at the end of the day. Outside, there is a private dining terrace, where mornings often begin with birdsong and evenings stretch out as the light fades over the hills.
The Little Cottage is set within 20 acres of private land, with walks starting directly from the doorstep. Footpaths wind through rolling countryside and open hillsides, making it easy to explore without needing to get in the car. Despite the rural setting, the coast is close by, with sandy, family- and dog-friendly beaches just a short drive away. Cardigan Bay is known for its clear waters, wide horizons and, if you’re lucky, the chance to spot dolphins offshore.
The surrounding area offers plenty for those who enjoy being active, from hiking and cycling to horse riding, paddleboarding and sailing. For quieter days, nearby villages and coastal towns provide independent shops, cafés and pubs, including a dog-friendly local just a short walk from the farm. Whether you spend your time exploring the land and sea or simply soaking up the views from the terrace, The Little Cottage offers a relaxed base in a beautifully unspoilt part of West Wales.
In the summer months & school holidays only, The Little Cottage can be booked together with The Old Farmhouse to sleep 10 in guests. This is an ideal retreat for large families or groups.
And if you need even more space, there are 5 other holidays homes on the farm which when combined can sleep up to 22 adults & 2 children.
