A little further away is the Northumberland National Park with many walks and attractive villages. Shops 0.25 miles.Property interior unsuitable for wheelchairs.

As always a great place to stay - owners are helpful & generous in their start up provisions. They are like friends - we feel we are coming home each time we come.

We had a wonderful stay in Friarystone cottage. The cottage was very well equipped and spotless. The location was excellent, being a short stroll to the centre of Bamburgh. The views from the cottage were lovely with lots of wildfire to spot. Our hosts were welcoming and were very knowledgeable about the area.We couldn’t have asked for more. Fabulous.
