During December the cottage is decorated with door wreath, outside fairy lights and many decorations, and for Christmas and New Year weeks a real tree is added.
The cottage is often chosen for couples romantic getaways due to the superking master bedroom, woodburner and hot tub.

The area is a haven for wildlife and boasts great birdwatching too. Within a short drive are the many visitor attractions of the Royal Forest of Dean including a steam railway, caves and film locations and in the other direction the Brecon Beacons await. There is something for every age group in this wonderful location.
