The cottage is lovely and if looking for a get away retreat it is ideal. For me personally it was too remote as you needed a car to get anywhere. You could not walk into Muston or to the local pub as there is no footpath and it is a busy road with grass verges. The same goes for walking your dog it's limited as you can only go around the site not really any great distance without putting your dog in the car and going further along into Muston or to the coast. The cottage itself was lovely, clean and warm. Hot water is provided via a tank so beware once used you need to wait for it to reheat. Plenty of storage is provided in the bedrooms and the bedding provided was clean and the beds comfy. For exploring the coastline in the area you are ideally situated as a short drive away is Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington etc.
