Stairs down to Bedroom: double bed, door to outside patio drying area. ensuite bathroom: with tiled floor, bath with hand shower attachment, basin, WC. Washing machine enclosed in cupboard.

A delightful apartment in the centre of town, directly above the public slipway at Whitestrand Quay and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Refurbished and equipped to a good standard with excellent views of the main anchorage at Whitestrand.

Lovely property, scaffolding out the side windows weren’t ideal but didn’t really effect us. Nice being right in town, lovely bath !

The location is ideal & accommodation ample for 2 people. The lack of parking is an issue.However this is a general issue in Salcombe with long stay parking made worse by Creek car park being closed. A specific issue was the work being done to a neighbouring property which was intrusive causing privacy, access problems at times and scaffolding obstructed the view of the estuary. It is fully accepted that this is not a recurring matter but affected our experience and overall rating.
