The resorts of Filey, Flamborough Head and Bridlington are just a short drive away. The walks along the clifftops are spectacular and form part of the Cleveland Way walk. The RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs attracts visitors from worldwide and is just a short drive from the cottages. Here you can see puffins, kittiwakes and lots of other migrating seabirds. Not to be missed during your stay (as it’s always voted as one of the top ten cities to visit) is the wonderful city of York which is less than an hour away by car, or the train is direct from Scarborough. Beach 1 mile (2 miles by road). Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Love this cottage so much we come every year. Very clean and well equipped and the 12/13 bus service between Scarborough and Bridlington is so good we prefer it to driving.
