Spectacular barn renovation. We were four generations of our family, plus -our two wonderful pet dogs Bailey & Alfie. The ‘boys’ , my yougest son & his cousin ages 34 & 35 spent hours at the lake fishing, re-conecting & unwinding from their everyday lives & stressful jobs. The hot tub was a huge success with not only myself but also the ‘boys’, my niece & my 16 yr old grand-daughter. The ONLY problem was .... the time went far too quickly! 10 out of 10 😊

Celebration for my Mum's 84 birthday, perfect setting - quiet and relaxing. The conversion of the old barn is very tasteful and just right for a family/friends getaway. Only comment would be that the bunk bed room shares a bathroom/toilet with another but this is actually in the other room so need to consider who gets the bunk beds. We ran out of space in the fridge but I am sure that was due to the volume of cider and prosecco! A drinks fridge would be a great addition. We all absolutely loved it though and will return when we can get in😀

We had a great week in this beautiful barn conversion. As a large group of friends, the fact that all but one room is en suite was really useful. The barn is of a really high standard in both finish and cleanliness. The garden was also perfect for the 2 dogs, even though they were terrified of the geese who came to say hello through the fence! The owners were only next door and really helpful but if we hadn't approached them, we would never have known anyone was there. We would recommed this cottage to anyone looking for a high quality place to accomodate a large group. The walk to the pub only takes 15 mins and the food was beautiful but the hill to get there is not for the faint hearted! Well worth it though.

We had a wonderful stay at the Linhay at East Dunster Deer Farm. The house was absolutely beautiful and was spacious enough for the 12 of us as well as babies and dogs. Bev and Ian were very friendly and helpful at our arrival and during our stay; Bev also made us all some delicious scones, which was an amazing welcome treat. The hot tub was also a nice extra amenity to have. We would recommend it to any group of friends who want to enjoy some country walks in Devon together.

We had a really great stay at the Linny, and the owners were most helpful and friendly. The property was beautifully furnished and decorated, the snug sofa filled lounge was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the duvets and pillows lovely. We were in and out of the hot tub in relays every day, as we were a 4 generation party, and it wasn't just the 6 year old who loved it. The views around the area are truly fabulous, especially as we come from Norfolk, and the 2 athletes in our family went running each day, finding the hills a challenge they really enjoyed (baffling to the rest of us). The welcome scones and the Prosecco were a lovely touch we appreciated, thank you! The only thing we could have wished for was a nice line of coat hooks somewhere, and I know that these will appear because we mentioned it to the owner. Gorgeous place.
