The Linhay is in a beautiful spot a few miles outside of Tiverton. Country lanes approaching the property as you would expect when staying on a farm in Devon. Well equipped and comfortable for a large party with plenty of bathrooms which is important when in a large group. Accepts dogs, but not 100% dog friendly as dogs not allowed upstairs so be mindful of that if you are taking your family pet with you.

Fabulous home from home with a few extras. Lovely views, peaceful, clean, well equipped. Nice bottle of prosecco and tasty choc brownies on arrival. Easy to find. Owners couldn't do enough, brought a ramp for the wheelchair, offered more if we needed them. Cleaned hot tub daily, venison delicious. Dog loved the outside space, plenty of room for lawn games. Absolutely loved it. Would definitely go again.

Just returned from a great family holiday staying at East Dunster. Great for families or friends trips. Local amenities are in driving distance, which we expected due to location. Lovely local pub the fisherman’s cot also a short drive away. The house was the perfect size for our group of 11 plus a 3 year old, with the downstairs bedroom great for our elderly gran. Hosts very friendly and provided lots of information about the house, our only gripe would be it wasn’t very clean on arrival! Considering a £300 deposit is taken before arrival, and a stern email about breakages etc, we were expecting the place to be spotless, but found the house was in need of a bit of a scrub. However Overall a great stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
