The old Lodge is quite grand, the sea views from the bedrooms and the river is stunning. The fishing rights are included, able to fish all day which is wonderful.

Drum Lang Lodge is part of the Drum Lang Estate and it offers our guests the chance to fish between March & the end of November for Salmon, Sea Trout and Brown Trout on the River Ba which is 200 yards from the Lodge. As guests you would have access to approximately half a mile of the River Ba to fish during season, There is Atlantic Salmon; prime Salmon water as close to the sea entry. The Sea Trout fishing is throughout the season and the Brown trout fishing is in pristine Highland conditions. The Estate sits close to where the Salmon enters from the sea making it a prime fishing location and one of the best on the Isle of Mull.
The lodge is a traditional Estate Cottage with 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom downstairs, with the family bathroom next door and a King-size master bedroom with an en-suite and a dressing area and a further twin bedded room, also with its own en-suite. Between the bedrooms upstairs is also another lounge area where you can go and relax, read books, there are a couple of tables to play cards, games or build a jigsaw. At the front of the house is a lovely porch with seating and open views over to the loch.
There is a traditional kitchen with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, next door is the utility room with a fridge freezer along with the washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room is open plan with the kitchen making it a great place to socialise.
There is a large lounge with wood burning stove towards the back of the cottage over looking the garden and the daily visits from the local Deer and Peacocks.
There is a path that takes you from the cottage down to the river in 5 minutes, as well as the fishing there are lovely walks in the area.
You have the chance to book a Ghillie and also a private chef if you wish, this is organised with the owner after booking.
The Isle of Mull is one of the most popular Scottish Islands for visitors, you take the ferry from ither Oban which is the Gateway to the Isles or from Lochaline which is on the Ardnamurchan peninsular. On the island there are lovely beaches, the Isle of Mull Cheese factory, Tobermory the main town is also known as Ballamoray with the colourful cottages, and the Tobermory Malt Whisky Distilleray A great family day out would be to go over to the Isle of Iona and visit the monastery or go over to the Isle of Ulva, but always returning back to the sanctuary of Drum Lang Lodge where you will find a wonderful Highland Sporting experience centred around Salmon, Sea and Brown Trout.
