The chalet was in a peaceful spot next to Neptunes staircase, with the mountains around. It would have been nice if there was a welcome pack on arrival,to have a cup of tea, after a 6 hr drive. We dropped our cases and went to morrisons a mile or so away. We were dissapointed there was no dryer as advertised, so we did a wash then took it to a launderette in order to dry them, as it was too wet to dry outside. The DVD player wasn't great as the drawer wouldn't slide out properly, but we still managed to watch dvd's in the evening. The 2 seater sofa was very uncomfortable and old and one of the chairs was broken and fell into it, had to use a bedroom chair for my son to sit on. Should be replaced.Plenty to see and do so were out every day, plenty of places to eat in Fort William. An idillic place to spend a holiday, but the challet needs updating.

We had a fantastic stay here during half term and it far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed it that much we booked again for next year on our journey home! Perfectly situated in an idyllic location with the most amazing views of Ben Nevis but Close enough to Fort William centre for supermarkets for supplies.
