The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well equipped, bedding and towels provided. Internally the decor is a little dated and furnishings basic. The cottage is ideally situated between Dartmouth and salcombe making it an ideal base to explore the local area which is incredible, We also never had a bad meal in the local restaurants - food was superb, If it wasn’t for the price of this cottage we would have struggled to have a summer holiday as most cottages/hotel prices have gone through the roof - much appreciated
