Fine walks can be enjoyed from the house and sightings of birds of prey and seals are extremely common. Museums galleries, organised boat trips and excellent restaurants including the renowned Three Chimneys can be found locally. Shop 3 miles.

It was one of the best places I ever visited and the house made us feel like home, warm welcome, all the possible kitchen instruments you can possibly think, very quiet, a breathtaking view, great size for 2 and Catherine was great in offering advice on how to get there and about the possible road delays and we enjoyed the surroundings a lot. We drove 14 hours each way but it was worth it. Thank you Catherine
