This little cottage is a gem! It is in the perfect location for access to the plentiful pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops in Skipton, and a stones throw away from the canal, castle woods and the castle itself. The cottage is comfortable and, for it’s size, well equipped. We booked it because we have a small dog (by the way, most of the pubs are extremely dog friendly, having treats on hand), and it was extremely reasonable cost-wise as we were there in peak season. We will definitely be booking again!

This cottage was an excellent base to explore Yorkshire from. It was lovely and quiet but not far from the canal and all the cafes. There was several really lovely pubs within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend to anyone.
