Bonawe Iron Works, Oban Sealife centre and the Inveraray Jail make for great days out and there are also many ancient castles, beautiful gardens and museums to explore. Oban, known as the ’seafood capital of the UK’, is the largest town in the area and has some excellent restaurants, shops, leisure centre and a cinema. Craig Lora is only ½ a mile from the village of Dalmally, a small quiet village with a train station, golf course, restaurant and pub. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
