Golf and fishing nearby. Shops, restaurant and pub 1/4 mile.

    Great find, looked for somewhere to take our extended family including 2.5 year old granddaughter for laid back holiday. Crabtrees fitted the bill perfectly ….with 4 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, good sized flat and secure garden. We liked the good sized pantry, and appreciated the little extras eg Tea, Coffee, Dishwasher tablets etc ...makes life so much easier. My concerns over no travel cot bedding was quickly acted upon and delivered in plenty of time - thank you. We especially enjoyed the duck pond at the bottom of the lane, the horses housed across the way and a lovely dog next door.

    This 'cottage' is amazing. I could live here and not run out of kitchen equipment. You could easily host a village summer fete here and still have crockery left over! Our second visit to this property and the only negative point is the dodgy mobile phone signal, the best point for signal is the middle of the field opposite! WiFi and Sky provision is great. The beds are comfortable, shower and bathroom excellent and although we didn't venture out there, the back garden and garden equipment looked amazing.

    This house made our holiday perfect. Even with a 2 year old and 5 year old there were enough places to walk in the evening to keep them busy. We were so close to hunstanton but far enough we could enjoy relaxing. We would definately come again xx

    Lovely bungalow with all creature comforts. Garden has sun on it all day long. It is set in a little lane with fields opposite and lots of wildlife around. By car, Hunstanton is only 15 minutes away. This was our second visit to Crabtrees and would definitely return again.

    Very quiet rural location, with bungalow not overlooked either to front or rear. Nice property.
