Fantastic Cottage. Very well equipped and super clean. Owners were extremely helpful to us. Framlingham is a wonderful town with many great walks, shops and places to eat. Highly recommended.

lovely little cottage, a very short walk from the centre of Framlingham. The nature reserve is a hidden gem in a small village. A good base to explore Suffolk. The Railway is a very nice pub serving good food as is the Castle in the square. We had a curry at the prince of India, that was very good tool. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Negatives: It is very light in the top bedroom, it might be beneficial if some blinds could be fitted, to make is less light in the morning in the summer months.

This was a lovely cottage, comfortable and well equipped. It was a few minutes walk from the delightful Framlingham village, which had some interesting shops, a large Co-op supermarket, and a market in the central square on Saturday. The owner of the cottage had left a welcome basket of food, coffee, tea, butter and milk, which was a lovely surprise! We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us, and the requested cot and highchair were in the cottage when we arrived. The paddle stairs to the top floor bedroom were tricky, but this had been described in the cottage description, so we were just very careful.

Just a lovely cottage; we felt welcome (nice to receive a card from owners); clean, comfortable and everything had been thought about. Really appreciated tea, coffee and milk (we could have done with a cafeterie for the delicious coffee). Could have done with small coffee table for our tea in the lounge but we made do with the brown pouff. Wished we had brought the dog (we left her with our daughter) so we will bring her next time for the Southwold Sausage Walk! Excellent stay and so looking forward to booking again.
