What an absolutely beautiful little cottage, and as the name suggests very cosy. Like a home from home it had everything you could possibly need day-to-day, very well equipped and very spacious. I love how cute and cottagey it looks from the outside and inside it’s modern but still with its original character. Love the quirkiness of the shape of the rooms and the creaky floorboards all adding to this beautiful cottages character. Loved the style of the bathroom and the whole cottage. On arrival we were wowed as soon as we entered, and it was absolutely spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back. Thank you, 2 very happy guests and our springer spaniel Murphy loved it too.

The cottage is beautiful, bedrooms are lovely with all linen and towels clean. Lounge has comfortable seating. All equipment you could need in the kitchen and it’s in a wonderful location. Lovely off road 20 minute walk into Keswick. The first couple of nights the boiler was noisy, we rang to report this and it was fixed during our stay as it had already been reported by the previous occupiers. Washing machine door wouldn’t open, again this was fixed the day after we reported it, then it was perfect. Would highly recommend, a beautiful cottage and lovely location.

We found cutlery in the drawer that was on wash and had food on it the mugs for tea and coffee some of them were stained and the cupboards were very dusty and dirty the new bathroom was great except that the bath was so high when you studying it for a shower that your head touch the ceiling the most disappointing aspect of our stay was that the place is riddled with damp hence there bedroom had condensation dripping onto the bed close in the morning and the downstairs the floor had not been washed for a very long time very disappointed
