A really cosy and comfortable cottage. There was everything one wanted from a holiday home. Would recommend it to anyone.

The cottage is very well presented with lots of interesting touches,(personalised items for example). The owners are very friendly and helpful and we hope to stay there again.

Well equipped. Lovely location. Bed too hard and lumpy. Everything else was fabulous.

The only part of the Cottage that was not comfortable was the bed, it was too hard. I & my wife did not sleep at all well. The only reason I said that we will not be staying there again was the bed plus the fact that I have now walked the whole of the Cotswold Way from Chipping Campden to Bath. Therefore, we will now be looking for a Cottage in Somerset half way between Street & Bath

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; We were very surprised by the comments regarding the bed given the number of conversations that we had with your wife that no mention of this was made during your stay. It also differed from the feedback left in the cottage which again intimated that you found the cottage very comfortable. On arrival we always encourage guests to communicate with us any issues or problems as we are often able to find a solution. Whilst the majority of our guests seem to favour the firmer mattress, we do have a mattress topper that we could have supplied.

A lovely tranquil place to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and yet in striking distance of historic house and a variety of interesting places to visit. Friendly hosts enhance the experience.
