Far enough from the centre to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to shops, pubs, etc. in a few minutes. Clean, warm and cosy with plenty of glasses, cups and plates in the kitchen. Table football was great fun! Off-road parking is vital in Wells, so gated drive was very useful.

We were holidaying with my 92 year old Dad & this place was perfect, walk in shower for him, no stairs, great kitchen , garden chairs & table, also really close to restaurants, shops & pubs.

We enjoyed the seal trip to Blakney Point very much. Didn't realise you could get so close and it was great to see them swimming around the boat. I also enjoyed the Military Museum at Weybourne especially since I was there in the army in 1949 .
