This is a spacious 3 bedroomed bungalow on the outskirts of Nethy Bridge. Surrounded by woods, we saw lots of birds but sadly no deer. You need to pre plan your itinerary as there is no internet and the mobile phone reception was not great which wasn't unexpected but meant you had to use the tourist info offices more than usual. The kitchen has lots of space and is pretty well equipped , the lounge has plenty of seating. The Nethy Bridge Hotel round the corner had a bar with a good range of food and drink and is a half mile stroll. A good base for a quiet walking holiday.

Spacious and spotless bungalow in a beautiful and very quiet setting, convenient for Abernethy Forest, Glenmore Forest and Aviemore, and for the drive over to Balmoral. A washing up brush or scouring pad for pans would have been useful in the kitchen. The fridge had no rack to hold bottles or cartons upright in the door. The lack of wi-fi (and poor mobile reception) was a bit of a problem for planning outings.

Fantastic week. Really enjoyed watching the wildlife in the garden. The open fire was great on the winter nights!

Cottage on the whole was pretty good . A few basic items could have been provided some essential kitchen utensils and perhaps some more lamps . Furniture old basic but comfortable . Garden needs attention to surrounding fencing to be advertised as fully enclosed . We stay in cottages similar to this loads so not the best but we would like to return.

Great cottage. So spacious. Has all you need. And in a great location. Nethy Bridge is a perfect location too with great amenities. Only downside was no WiFi so it ended up costing me a fortune and the pans could do with being replaced as there was no non-stick left.
