Accommodation was very nice and very clean, comfortable with added bonus of Wi-fi. Only downside was limit of single bathroom with a family of four sharing. The local homes opposite were looking in need of a little tidying, slightly spoiling the ambience of the area. Did not use the onsite pub/club. The local convenience store operating short hours and at premium prices. St Merryn stores were our choice and not too far up the road. The playground courts were well used though. Summary lovely well kept cottage and nice owners to speak to.

Lovely clean cottage, good location but poor WiFi connection which kept coming and going. (Not good when you have 2 teenagers) Would have preferred to know before booking as this would have changed my decision. Apart from that we had a lovely time.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're pleased that you liked the location of our property. We were sorry that you had issues with the wifi and understand how frustrating this was during your stay. We followed this up with our service provider and they found that there was a fault on the line and this is now fixed - thank you for drawing this to our attention.

We loved Chynoweth! It had everything you could possibly need, lovely decor and well thought about and looked after and a lovely secluded location. It was great to have a second TV in the garden room to keep the kids happy. Padstow and Harlyn beach close by, although a car is needed to avoid walking narrow roads. There is so much to do we didn’t manage to fit it all in a week!
