It is enviably located close to the coast, with a sandy beach just ¾ mile away, and the lively seaside town of Hunstanton but a mile distant, for award-winning beaches and a whole host of visitor attractions. Bird-watching, nature reserves, coastal footpaths, golf courses, horse riding, historical houses and a swimming pool are all available close by. The Royal Sandringham Estate, with its vast leafy grounds, offers a leisurely day out within easy driving distance. Shop 660 yards, pub 440 yards.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Was very surprised about the size of the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Extremely peaceful and beautiful views. The only thing that would have made it 10 out of 10 in every area would have been a stock of wood for the fire which was amongst our main criteria for choosing a place. As we went over New Year, naturally the local shop had limited opening hours. Luckily we took logs that lasted for half of our 3 nights, and the local pub happily gave us some of theirs as the shop was shut. Having fire fuel readily available at the property would have been the icing on the cake. Highly recommend, and would be perfect for a couple with a number of children as the second bedroom had 3 beds and a travel cot, the kitchen had a high chair also. Would have uploaded more photos as the views from most windows were so lovely, but the wine and the fire and relaxing atmosphere sums up our weekend, just what we wanted. We don't feel the website photos really show the property as it really is.

    Very pleasant accomodation, surprised that it had so many stairs as mssed this on description, would be difficult for someone with mobility problems. Ver well equiped, apart from the Tv which is small for the size of the lounge. Shower room bonus as shower very powefull. Lovely locaton with great views from the windows qith many mature trees changing colour at the time of our stay in November. Fortunately broadband very good as mobile signal almost non existent. Altogether a very pleasant stay out of season.

    Very comfortable 'cottage', rather a house. Three small disadvantages - lighting in lounge inadequate for reading and TV poor quality and needs upgrading. No toilets on bedroom floor, but both bathrooms excellent. Very good kitchen and well equipped.

    A spacious apartment in a fab location. Easy walk to good pub and outstanding restaurant - very lucky to get a last minute booking. A little tired in places, a couple of small improvements would make a good place a great place. Milk in the fridge and a decent sized TV for example.
