The cottage was great for our family of 10. Everything was in good working order - lovely hot water for showers, cosy and warm, comfortable beds, peaceful and quiet location. There wasn't much of a garden - mostly patio - but as it was a school holiday we were allowed to take the children over the school field (opposite) to play football. If I can be really picky I would say the only thing that would have made life a little easier would be a few new saucepans as the ones in the kitchen had wonky bottoms which made them wobble about in the induction hob, and it took ages for them to heat up. A small thing! Even in February the house was lovely and warm and there is plenty to do in the area. We had a great time.

Wonderful time away to celebrate a special occasion. The house was cozy and spacious with a welcoming atmosphere. There were 6 adults and 4 children and it was a nice surprise to find the house catered for all of us. The beds were very comfy and we felt well rested. Lovely time had by all and we will definitely be returning

Really great house - lovely owners. Rooms well kitted out, plenty of space, great socialising spaces, great for kids, lovely size bedrooms. Perfect for sharing with friends. Only teeny grumble is that the mattresses weren’t great. Showers were amazing! Thanks to the owners. we’d definitely return!

12 of us, 6 adults and 6 children, stayed during October half term. Church View was a lovely, very well equipped house which really was a home from home - we couldn't have asked for anything more. Perfectly located for days out - we visited numerous nearby beaches, the Eden Project and local treats, such as the St Nectans Waterfalls. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

This is one of the best holiday cottages we've stayed in. There was plenty of room for the extended family, and the house was extremely well-equipped with everything you might need away from home. It's located in a quiet village so you do need a car, but there are several beaches only 10-15 mins drive away, and lots in the area to do on a rainy day as well. We hope to return!

A lovely house equipped with everything you could ever need. Spotlessly clean. Amazing for children with an Xbox; extensive board games, books and toys. The office/playroom is great. Highly recommended.
