Ground Floor: With underfloor heating and comprising:Kitchen/Diner: with Lakeland slate work surfaces, ample storage, island unit, a choice of everyday and quality crockery, cutlery and glasses, electric range cooker with two ovens and a gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.Conservatory: with views.Bedroom 1: with king size bed and en-suite with large walk-in shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.Bedroom 2: with twin beds and en-suite shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.Bedroom 3: with double bed.Bedroom 4: with twin beds.Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC, bidet and wash basin.
First Floor: Lounge: with vaulted ceiling, wood burning stove (logs available locally), Freesat TV and DVD.
All electric, oil, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair. Wi-Fi internet access but every intermittent due to location of the property.
Enclosed gravelled garden with patio area, BBQ and views. Parking for 4 cars. Visit England 4 Star. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £200.
