Come: Needed a deep clean (cobwebs and deflated balloons under bed). Hot tub wasnt serviced during stay, was under filled. More steps than advertised so not suitable for mobility issues. Heating was switched off and it was cold. No welcome book/guide to building or local area, so couldn't work cinema. Low ceilings/beams in upstairs bedroom not great for anyone over 6ft. Pros: handy location for Newtown. Scenery was good. Quiet location. Box of chocolates and prosecco on arrival.

Long weekend with friends and family. 11 adults and 2 children we never felt on top of one another. Beautiful views, very quiet but withing 5 mins driving , 20 mins walking of the local town. Plenty of supermarkets on hand too. We used the cinema room and the hot tub which are added bonuses. The owner is very welcoming. Would definately recommend.
