Couldn’t find any fault with this cottage. We really enjoyed staying here, in particular loved having meals in the garden with lovely view of the sea. Also was great to be so close to the beach and fish and chip shop and ice cream parlour.

We had a fantastic time in Castle Cottage. This dog-friendly cottage is clean, comfortable and well equipped and the view from the rear terrace of Criccieth beach and Snowdonia has to be seen to be believed. Criccieth is an ideal location for exploring the many attractions of this lovely corner of Wales: the village has convenience stores, a petrol station, gift shops, take-aways (including the fish and chip shop across the road run by Kate and Nick, the owners!), pubs and restaurants. The ruins of Criccieth Castle are literally a stone's throw away and the promenade is a few hundred metres down the hill and the Welsh Coastal Path passes the front door. We hope to be back!
