Gorgeous cottage! Very homely and beautiful views! We loved the location and spent a lot of time exploring the local area and surrounding areas. Bus stop at the bottom of the lane for those wanting to enjoy a dAy out with a few drinks and for £12 a family day ticket took you anywhere you wanted to go . We visited zipworld , Llandudno, Rhos on sea and knightlys theme park using groupon vouchers. The nearby semaphone lodge was lovely with sea views and great food. I would delicately return and would rate the cottage an outstanding 10/10 for comfort and location!

We were very happy & contented at the cottage. An excellent base to explore from, well provided with comforts. It simply felt "just right" as we first walked in through the door and that feeling stayed with us all week.

Perfect for what I wanted - a base for walking this section of the coastal path. The weather was very cold, but I was warm and cosy in the house. I didn't use many local amenities as I was out walking all day and had brought most of my food with me. The petrol station was useful though.
