You can relax in the living room on the window seat and enjoy the views over to the river. Ideally placed if you like the outdoors, with a great selection of riverside, woodland and mountain walks on your doorstep. At the other end of the village is the local golf course, with a challenging 9-hole course, and a mountain biking centre and wildlife park. If you want to explore further, the tourist town of Crieff is only a 7-mile drive, with a famous whisky distillery, crystal factory shop, visitor’s centre and historic buildings and gardens to visit. Stirling and Perth are only 25 miles away. Shop 100 yards, pub and restaurant 150 yards.
