A beautiful cottage, well placed in the village, near to Pub, Post Office, Local Shop, Church, Beach and of course The Fish & Chip Shop. The Captains Cottage everything anybody would need for a great stay including ample parking 3 - 4 cars. We stayed in November and found the heating to be extremely efficient and kept us beautifully warm. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms means everyone has private facilities. The Kitchen / Dining area has plenty of space and this backs on to the Lounge with two large sofas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return

We had a lovely family visit to the cottage with our toddler and her grand parents. Jan the owner was very kind and helpful, the bonus of parking by the dunes for free was very much appreciated. it was only 5-10 minute walk with our toddler to the beach but not having to drag everything there too was much easier, plus vitally it gave my mum access as she has bad arthritis in her knees, she was able to save her energy for digging sandcastles with her grand daughter. The cottage though full of character is very modern inside but also cosy in a cold day. The enclosed back garden and easy access through patio doors from the open plan downstairs was great for entertaining our little one.
