Fabulous hosts! Our dog loved the fenced garden, the teenage children found the beds really comfortable, my husband and I enjoyed relaxing with the view from the terrace. Great dog walks close by too.

My time at the lodge was exactly what I needed - a relaxing escape with beautiful views. The lodge instantly makes you feel relaxed and the views put you at ease. I found myself barely having any tv or music on, despite being alone on the trip, as the nature and relaxing ambience of the lodge is too beautiful to ignore. I loved being by the sheep on the fields too, and the owners have also closed off the garden, which was perfect for my dog, as I wasn't worried about him running off or around the farm. I only booked the weekend but wish I'd booked a whole week! My only recommendation would be blackout blinds to accompany the curtains in both bedrooms. I'm a light sleeper, so the sunlight would wake me up in the mornings. I'll definitely be returning, and for a longer period of time, thank you so much for a lovely stay!
