We had a wonderful relaxing few days in early November. The lodge is lovely and warm! The views from the lodge are amazing - beautiful area. The owners couldn't be nicer.

Second visit to this cottage and we felt right at home on arrival. The cottage heating is excellent and the shower is warming and spacious which in October is most welcome. Great views of the valley and you get to have a chat with a few nearby sheep in the next field who are excellent neighbours i.e. very quiet. Happily make a third visit in the future.

A remote hilltop location, so very peaceful and in tune with nature. Approach is along some very narrow roads and a 400 metre bumpy uphill track. Well furnished and clean accommodation but feel the kitchen could be better equipped. Minimal crockery, pots, pans etc. Microwave oven provided but no casserole/larger dishes available to cook or reheat food.

We stayed at this lovely wooden lodge for one week and found it to be very comfortable an well equipped. It was very clean, has a lovely veranda with table and chairs, it’s own garden and washing line and beautiful reviews. The owner is lovely and friendly. There are sheep, cats and a monkey. The dirt track up to property is a bit bumpy if like us you have a very low car but we managed and well worth it. Very well situated for lots of lovely places. Would definitely recommend.
