This lovely, spacious holiday home is in a peaceful setting overlooking a wooded den with the Lumbo Burn at its foot. Only a 20 minute walk along the Lade Braes into the heart of historic St Andrews, or up to Craigtoun Park and the Dukes golf course. Shopping, eating places and the Byre theatre in St Andrews; also of course, the six town golf courses. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Ground Floor:
Living room: With wood burner, Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player, piano and French doors leading to garden.
Dining room.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Utility room: With washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed and en-suite with toilet.
Bedroom 3: With double bed.

Gas central heating, electricity (£40 per week November-April), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Enclosed garden over 2 levels with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden to a covered pond and burn.

    we went a week to play golf , most of time outdoor on the links , but the house was very nice and very confortable

    We arrived in the middle of the Beast from the East snow storms. The owners were very accommodating, we got in early and the property was warm.

    Really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cottage. As we like to cook, we particularly enjoyed the large, well equipped kitchen. Rooms are spacious and the property is beautifully quiet. A very peaceful place to stay.

    This house is in a peaceful location, next to a lovely walk along the burn which goes into St Andrews town. The house is well equipped and comfortable.

    Absolutely love Burnside. It is the only house we have rebooked as soon as we have return home. The house is clean and well thought out, with lots of little finishing touches.

    A great place to stay for grandparents, parents and two children. The children, aged 4 and 7, loved the spacious house and exploring the maze of footpaths in the garden. The rear access, used with adult supervision, gave them access to more footpaths and a stream. No local shop, but with Morrisons only 1 mile away and town centre similarly close this was not a problem. The children really loved St Andrews East Beach and Craigtoun Country Park.

    A lovely comfortable holiday home. Good location only 10 mins walk into St Andrews. Would definitely return.
