We had a great week at Bookkeepers Place, I would heartily recommend it. So quiet and yet right in the centre of Bakewell. We particularly loved the balcony, great for a summer evening and so remarkably quiet considering the location. The flat itself is compact but perfect for a couple, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The allotted parking space is barely a minute's walk away. We will definitely be back again soon.

A very fine apartment which had been tastefully modernised to a high standard. We found it spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortably furnished. Bakewell is an attractive small town and an excellent base for visiting the Peak District with lovely local walks available including to Chatsworth and Haddon Hall. The town has many eating places and some interesting independent shops. We had a great stay.
