We found Boatland Cottage very comfortable and warm. It is very well equipped. It is in an ideal location to either walk into Perth or discover the surrounding area by car. The cottage has access to a wonderful river frontage and outlook, ideal for a book and glass of wine!

An excellent cottage for touring Perthshire. Lovely view of the River Tay from the Lodge & it couldn't have been more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Although set in pleasant surroundings the lack of privacy was an issue. No private space to sit out. Good base to tour the area.

Boatland is set in a beautiful private garden. Although this isn't freely open for you to wander around, you are able to take the short walk down the stunning drive to find yourself aside the beautiful river Tay. a fantastic spot to spend an hour or two with a glass of your favourite tipple. Boatland is old and could do with an update here and there but that said it's just a wonderful place to get away from the rat race and the owner couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Would I go back? YES!
