Our second stay at Beer Farm. What a fantastic location. Very remote and isolated - perfect for a very relaxing 'get away from it all' holiday. Having your own pool is always a great bonus and the outside covered veranda is perfect to watch the dusk descend, and listen to the surrounding nighttime wildlife. The garden is safe and secure for our three small/tiny dogs - which is an absolute must for us to be able to be worry-free. We hope to visit again!

We loved our week at Beer Farm! Set in beautiful countryside with wonderful blue skies to set the scene we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The pool was especially nice and we must have spent half our holiday either swimming, splashing around or relaxing by the pool. We never had to use the log burner in the living room as the weather was so hot but I can imagine how cosy it must be in there if it was chilly or raining outside. The superking bed was extremely comfortable and aided a good night's sleep. All the bed linen and towels were clean, fresh and crisp. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook a 3 course dinner and the outside seating area was an added bonus if alfresco dining is your thing. All in all we loved our stay here and would have no hesitation in making a future booking.

Really peaceful isolated location , just what we wanted . Swimming pool a big plus . Really enjoyed the wildlife in the surrounding fields . However , the property would benefit from a few touch ups here and there , could be cleaner and for the price would expect at least hand soaps at every sink . Having said that would definetly stay there again .

Beer Farm is in lovely location, and we had great weather. The pool is wonderful, the house is well equipped and there is plenty to do in the local area. I would like the showers to be more powerful and not being able to get into the house until 430pm is a real disadvantage for our son, who is autistic and takes a while to settle in to new surroundings.

I found that Beer Farm was very rural and to far from anything, finding a nearby shop didn't happen. The cottage its self was nice but couldn't get the telly's to work on the sky stations or the one in the pool house only got stations 1-4. The pool was great, we left a day early as the kitchen drain was overflowing and it ran onto the patio and it was hard stopping the dogs going round there. we found it a bit eerie at night as you are 1/2 a mile from the road if you like seclusion then its great but I don't so unfortunately I would not go back there it is good value for money but I think that is because it is so far from anywhere
