Lovely spacious lodge with well equipped kitchen. Great log burner for cosy nights in. Bit noisy with the local building site and sports ground. Great for walks directly from the lodge.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; We are so pleased that you were impressed with the lodge and pride ourselves on the 9s and 10s we regularly receive. You will see how many of our guests comment on the peaceful, relaxing nature of Strawberry Lodges position so we were naturally disappointed to hear that the building site over half a mile away was a disturbance to you. The lodge is shielded by a large 30ft+ natural hedge from a cricket ground adjacent which again has occasional Saturday matches and a tennis club Friday evening practise. We have not previously known of any noise issues here so can only regret that you felt it a bit noisy. We are grateful for your feedback and would hope to welcome you again.

A lovely lodge to stay in. Great location and good base from which to explore the area. It's wonderful that 3 dogs are allowed to stay. The only problem about the garden is that it is not enclosed. A dividing fence between the 2 lodges would make it perfect
