Lovely location and a beautiful cottage. We were a large group of university friends in mid 40s. Bit close for comfort with owners - the Bailey being the annex of the owners property. No welcoming note or instructions. Would have expected some basics on arrival - scrubbers to wash up, paper towel, dishwasher tablets, shower gel etc. BBQ was not clean at all. We used the hot tub late one evening and were told to keep the noise down resulting in an early departure from hot tub. Perhaps position the hot tub further away from owners property so it can be used by those renting any time.

Had a good week at Bailey Cottage and visits were made to Elan Valley, the Red Kites near Rhayader, Hay-on-Wye, Erwood Craft Gallery, Talgarth, The Weir Garden, Brobury Garden, Ralph Court Garden and the youngsters did 'high ropes' and archery at the Black Mountain Activity Centre. With 8 of us and two cars, not everyone went to each place. The owner lives next door and was very helpful with any problems we had.
