Very comfortable throughout and lots of outside space, quiet location. One downfall no tv downstairs would have been an advantage for our family as we sat in kitchen mostly. Great to have use of swimming pool although not on same farm as cottage 1/2 mile up the road but worth going for exclusive use.

Lovely cottage with an enclosed garden which was fab for the dogs. Everything we could need in the house with a lovely kitchen diner. Lots of walks nearby and plenty of stunning places to visit. Stunning village of Tealby nearby with a great pub seen get lovely food. Only downside: there Is NO swimming pool "on site" as quoted. It is mile away with no changing room facilities.

Nice location and lovely accommodation. Warm welcome and with eggs, milk and cake for us on arrival it made the long drive worth it. One grumble I have is that, yes, pets can stay and there is a charge for this, not a problem with that. But its not until you arrive that you are informed by a notice on the wall explaining that dogs are not allowed upstairs or in any bedroom, which only leaves the kitchen/dinning area. There are no means supplied to stop them going upstairs. You basically pay to allow your dog to stay in one room, while everybody is upstairs, which is difficult unless you have a cage and stair gate with you. Beside this, Jane made us feel very welcome without being intrusive and we would recommend to others.

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Rural, but within a short drive from local amenities. Jane was very welcoming & the property was immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for Xmas 2017. We had 6 adults & 2 children. It was a lovely barn but we felt for 8 people the oven wasn't big enough. Especially for xmas dinner. The barn was nicely decorated for xmas. There was no plastic plates etc for the children. The kettle had no filter & so the lime went into your drinks. We also paid £25 per dog which we thought was a bit much as we always clean when leaving anyway. £25 for the two of them would have been enough for the extra work they made. They weren't allowed upstairs in the lounge so only stayed in their crates in the kitchen area. There was a good enclosed garden for them. We enjoyed the week but felt it needed a few extras like games, dvds etc.

The Barn was well placed to explore north Lincolnshire. Very well appointed, warm and comfortable. Lovely setting. We received a warm welcome when we arrived.
