Stunning rural location but close enough a drive to local villages of market rasen 10 minutes and 30 minutes into Lincoln. Great farm shop at sunnyside up farm for a coffee and a slice of cake. This is a place to retreat and relax.

Shower head needs descaling. Enough hot water for a bath would have been nice. The shower only did scalding hot or freezing cold, needs some attention. The cleaner was excellent, we could not find a spec of dust anywhere. Lovely welcome pack. Take slippers as all the floors are real wood. Very cosy and warm even without the wood burner on. Mattress was comfortable. Could not find a main bin for the rubbish or the recycling, so we bought our rubbish home. All in all a very pleasant long weekend had by both, made all the better by having no phone or Internet signal.

Beautiful little barn conversion with everything you need to have a nice, easy break. Jane and Poppy were very welcoming and helpful. No WiFi availability during our stay which made geocaching rather difficult. Accomodation above should be limited to over 18s as we were awoken the last morning (6.30am) by banging from early rising children.

We had a very enjoyable stay .The owner was very welcoming and helpful and our labrador Bella had a wonderful time with Poppy the resident dog . The cottage setting was ideal with many places of interest easily accessible. We recommend a visit to the nearby village of Tealby , paticularly the Kings Head.

Excellent cottage in a lovely setting. Local walking, shopping and eating out are all very good. The setting of the Bridles on the edge of lovely countryside is enchanting. The owner is very friendly and helpful and her dog is a delight!

Fantastic stay, very homely. Felt relaxing and comfortable, great outside space. Was perfect for our dog Deefa as she could enjoy just mouching around the garden with the resident dog Poppy. We were a bit concerned about the ajoining accommodation but no one was in there so ok. A bit of noise from the people above walking about. Will definitely be back we loved it and would recommend to anyone
