An ideal location for exploring the delights of Suffolk or for simply relaxing and splashing around the large outdoor heating swimming pool.

All on the ground floor.

Kitchen/dining room: With Range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 9m x 3m, depth 0.9m x 1.9m, open mid May-mid Sept). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a unfenced lake in the grounds, 250 yards from the property.

The Old Barn and Stable Cottage are situated in the grounds of the owners’ home in Brett Valley. Both properties are in an ideal location to relax, de-stress and enjoy the stunning views across the lake, paddocks with grazing horses and the rolling countryside of the Brett Valley.
The Stables Cottage (Ref UKC5347) is a wonderful, converted barn is set in the gently rolling countryside and offers a wonderful retreat to escape and switch off. Stable Cottage has flexible accommodation for couples and families alike, having four bedrooms accommodating up to six guests. Its own private enclosed lawn garden and shared access to the outdoor swimming pool (seasonal opening). The barn has been converted to a lovely rustic farm cottage with a light and airy feel thanks to high ceilings throughout.
The Old Barn (Ref UKC5346) offers a wonderful rustic and cosy farmhouse offering spacious and sociable accommodation, a perfect choice for a family gathering, but not suitable for parties. This farmhouse is a stunning example of a classic 14th Century timber-framed and plastered Suffolk Hall. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms; one being an en-suite and it can sleep up to eight guests in total. As part of a centuries old working farm that has evolved into an equestrian stud.
These properties are a great base to explore this particularly charming part of Suffolk, or to just relax and splash around in a large swimming pool which is also shared with The Old Barn. Bustling Sudbury and Needham Market for every day amenities 30 minutes’ drive. The surrounding area offers plenty of gastro pubs that are sure to delight.
Please note the horse paddocks and livery stables are strictly private. Pub 2¼ miles. Shop 1½ miles.
