A quiet and restful Cottage in a very quiet and peaceful location. If you're looking to getaway from it all this is ideal. No mobile signal but there is a incoming calls only landline phone. Wifi is adequate but the television lacks internet wifi connection that makes watching Netflix impossible. Lovely arrival gift of locally produced milk, bread, butter and cheese. Comfortable furniture and good heating for when the weather isn't quite warm enough. Parking for one car. The directions into the property are perfect. I would just add the bus stop infont of the phone box when you turn right off the B road.

Really beautiful cottage which is kept really well. The awkward point was with the dog we took with us. The pictures in the advert were misleading as the lilac coloured flowers in the front of the picture are where your parking space is. (No flowers but a parking space) we assumed we could let the dog out without a lead but couldn't as there were properties either side & a VERY small outside space. The pictures with the bench & washing line in a field setting are quite a walk away. (Especially if your dog is 14 yrs old and you have rheumatoid arthritis, steps were in lived too to get to the shared garden.) That was the downside which made a huge difference to our relaxing break. We couldn't really relax!!!

Apple Cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area of the country. It is extremely well looked after and there was a wealth of information about the local area.

Lovely cottage Only negative is there are no views from the cottage itself other than parking facility. This is a shame as the surrounding area is beautiful. The pictures on the website of the views are a bit misleading as you need to walk to see them. The patio area is also right near to the parking

Beautiful cosy cottage. Extremely clean and comfortable within driving distance of some wonderful coutryside and attractions Heating in bedroom may need tweaking as panel seems to come on in middle of night.. There is also an on-going sound of the water tank/pipes filling during the night? However, minor points as a really fantastic cottage. we will be back!

The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Useful information folder about places to visit. The local cheese in the welcome hamper was delicious as was the local cider too.

There are no amenities around the area unless you are a golfer, the nearest are in Ludlow and that is some distant away. Reading about the local concerns in the parish council reports there seems to be an on going problem with drivers going too fast on roads that have lots of bends in them and that was born out while we stayed at Apple Cottage .
