Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With roll-top bath, shower cubicle, toilet and tiled floor.

The property is spacious, well equipped, including a pool table, and is furnished to a good standard. In the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Aviemore offers a wide range of leisure facilities, skiing during the winter, whilst in the summer the list is endless – climbing, walking, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, fishing and riding. Also during the summer the Strathspey Steam Train chugs between Aviemore and Boat of Garten where the ospreys nest. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.
